Introduction
Welcome to Vedant Insurance. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our insurance products and services. By purchasing or using any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Definitions
- Policyholder: The individual or entity purchasing an insurance policy from Vedant Insurance.
- Insured: The individual or entity covered under the insurance policy.

- Policy: The insurance contract between the Policyholder and Vedant Insurance, including all schedules, endorsements, and amendments.
- Premium: The amount paid by the Policyholder to Vedant Insurance for coverage under the Policy.
Eligibility
To be eligible for our insurance products, you must meet the following criteria:

Coverage
Coverage provided by Vedant Insurance is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limitations specified in the Policy. The Policy outlines the scope of coverage, including:

- Coverage limits and deductibles.
- Exclusions and limitations.
Premiums and Payments
- Premiums must be paid in full or as agreed in the payment schedule outlined in the Policy.
- Failure to pay premiums on time may result in the cancellation of coverage.
- Premiums are non-refundable except as specified in the Policy.
Claims
To file a claim, the Policyholder or Insured must:
- Notify Vedant Insurance as soon as reasonably possible after an incident.
- Provide all necessary documentation and information as requested by Vedant Insurance.
- Cooperate fully with the claims investigation and settlement process.
- Claims are subject to review and approval by Vedant Insurance in accordance with the Policy.
Cancellation and Termination
- The Policyholder may cancel the Policy at any time by providing written notice to Vedant Insurance.
- Vedant Insurance may cancel the Policy for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment of premiums or misrepresentation by the Policyholder.
- Upon cancellation, any unearned premium may be refunded on a pro-rata basis, as specified in the Policy.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Vedant Insurance is committed to protecting your privacy. We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
Amendments
Vedant Insurance reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any amendments will be effective upon notice to the Policyholder, which may be provided via email, mail, or our website.
Governing Law
These Terms and the Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vedant Insurance is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Policy shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith.
- If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body.
- The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
